Most engagements run six to twelve weeks end to end. The first week is usually discovery, the rest is design, build, and launch . Smaller scopes finish sooner; larger systems take longer. The exact timeline is set in the discovery phase, once goals, content, and constraints are clear.
The studio works with modern, edge-first web technologies: Astro , React/Vue, headless CMS platforms, and edge deployment on networks like Cloudflare . The stack is chosen for the brief at hand, not for trend or framework loyalty. Performance, accessibility, and longevity guide every technical decision.
Performance is treated as a feature, not a finishing polish. Every project ships against Core Web Vitals budgets, with image strategy, font loading, JavaScript budgets, and CSS architecture decided early in the build. Speed is measured in continuous integration and watched in production after launch.
A short post-launch window is included to catch anything that surfaces under real traffic. The site is handed over with documentation, component conventions, and content patterns preserved, so the team that takes over can extend it without losing the original direction. Longer-term retainers are available on request.
